A folder with 10 linocuts entitled 'Groetjes uit Faust' are all that remains of the first period at the Higher Institute for Fine Arts in Antwerp. Withdrawn to the cellars of a former military hospital, Weidenbaum worked on an installation based on the work Faust by the German philosopher Johann von Goethe.
